I went all the way- GRID Prints-
Because this is a subtle print in a b&w combination, not too bold as my usual choices, I decided to wear a head to toe print outfit. But this mini story is not ending just like that and I added a punch of lavender color with this coat, a coat that is very dear to me and I didn't wear it as much as I wanted. Well, this is  what happens when you have a big obssesion for to many colors/ to many coats.

Yay for the pink coat! Yes, I took my DIY pink coat to NYFW. Since I didn't wear it to much lately, I said that it's about time for a new look! No other tricking colors are present in the mix, so I chose to pair it plain and simple with the most contrasting non color: Black! I forgot for a moment few good hours about high heels and my ladylike approach turned into grunge style for the rest of the day!Voila!

Finally a first post from NYFW!!!
My first day in NY and also first day of Fashion Week  was such a blast. The day has started with the powerful Max Azria runway show and ended with Erin Fetherson fabulous presentation ( in between I also saw the Marissa Webb show stopper and Jay Godfrey presentation). A recap of my favorite looks from all the shows and presentations will follow in the next days.
Now a few words about my outfit: I was wearing a black overalls (I have a jumpsuit/ overalls crush moment right now and you'll see a few more soon) paired with a floral biker jacket, a turtleneck striped top and a green coat.

The cold weather successfully has kept me away for skirts, dresses and bare legs... but hey, this is winter and I love it with all the good and down sides. So after a long period of time not wearing some of my favorite feminine pieces, is time to change something. Camel coat small obsession continues with another color mix - light blue denim and pops of tangerine-. It is a perfect combination for a winter day or in my case a rainy day.

Since "last year " we live in a Winter Wonderland scenery and I could not be happier. Perhaps this is the reason that lately I wear more white outfits than in the Summer days. One thing is for sure: I can't put together one white outfit, head to toe without injecting a positive color. This time is a -fuchsia- explosion in the mix.
Never say never, maybe one day I will surprise you with one winter white look and NO colors:)

     Not so long ago I went to NYC just for a day, Bogdan and I totally enjoy these mini trips.
Here is my outfit that I wore that chilly day: a short comeback to my favorite camel coat, this time in a more vibrant mix, such as : red-leopard print and pink. Some combinations of colours are timeless and I want to wear them over and over agin or at least every year.

The essence of Fall (chromatic speaking) is embracing deep colors and adding a bit of drama- colors drama-
I'm falling all over again with oxblood and teal, a classic autumnal color-block and I think this is the first time this year when I'm matching them. Accessories are almost absent in this look because I've always said that I like to focus on the colors that I wear and I prefer to keep the entire look clean, sort of minimalist.
