I warned you that I have "color phases" and lately I was into all things YELLOW. Here's one more (in case you want to see another combination). This time Brown & acid yellow, and again I'm wearing a straw bag that matches perfectly today's look and I am sure it will go perfectly with so many Spring outfits. You can't go wrong with a yellow bag and you've probably seen the resemblances with this one worn Here. Yes, they are both from the same designer, and I love supporting his work. Another short trip to New York happened last week, this time was just Bogdan and I this being our first trip without Noah since he was born... was bittersweet...but I have to admit we did accomplish more, being able to move faster :))
A staple vintage sweater in bright yellow color is probably the center of attention. This is one favorite combination of mine: Yellow-Camel either paired with black (for winter days) or white pants/ skirts in the Summer. Choose whatever suits you best. I picked black jeans this time.

Shades of dusty pink -rose matched in today's post!
I guess what you probably noticed first is that I'm wearing socks with heels and I should have started with this aspect, but this is not my first attempt. A few years back I did wear this combination. Now I wanted to try it again because first, it's practical for chilly days and second, now more than ever I find it stylish and not childish :) It kinda looks like ankle boots and can be strategically mixed and matched in different ways with different socks/ heels.
I will definitely try another combination soon!

Today's post is another ode to vintage!
Both the coat and the dress are from the past, reinvented and wore by me in a feminine way last month. The coat is not new to you, you saw me wearing it last year. The dress has the first appearance here on the blog. It is a very fine silk, made in Italy, a garment in opulent paisley print with a different cut that I'm used to wearing, but I love it!
The cherry on top? These boots in deep oxblood color!

Here you can have a better look at my outfit that I wore last week during Shoe Shopping at Philadelphia Mills.
Custom made bright, yellow dress (an oldie) and pink, burgundy pumps. Somehow I end up wearing these beautiful heels only in the Fall season, probably because of these bittersweet colors. Overall I consider this look simple but if you look at these color you may think otherwise. Simple or bold, this is the question!

This year was the warmest weather I experienced in NY during Holiday Season. No complaints here, It was actually nice to wear pumps and not worry about wearing layers of clothing. Et voila! Another day, another coat, another color (I love this yellow coat).

Who can resist to a yellow, lace dress? I couldn't, and I bought this little number from Zara  a few weeks ago and paired it with another newly purchase: these gladiator sandals.

Voila, a look that I wore in Philadelphia last week! Probably there are going to be more mix and match looks using these 2 pieces, so stay close to see them all. As always, is all about versatility.

A Primary color coat and neutral everything else, this is my recipe for a fresh look in the Winter season. I love this yellow vintage coat of mine and it seems that every year I wear it in combination with something grey. This year is no exception and, as always, I am all about color combinations. Color- check, Minimalism - check, Classic Feminism style -Check.

ONE colour choice (burgundy) resolved the whole "what to wear" or “what still fit me“ (those leather pants) dilemma this Tuesday in Philadelphia.  From now on, a coat is necessary (no complains here) and also the booties are "in the game". Burgundy - Blue and endless Yellow on the streets of Philadelphia are today's blog post subject. Bright and simple as always (and let's don't forget cozy).

Motif flowers were ON and all over my today's look. Again to be presented to you is one piece jumpsuit, this time a leg-wide jumpsuit. A different design can't make a big difference but wear it with a bright color together can have a small visual impact, don't you think?
