Because I am thinking of "Spring" lately, I want to post this look that I wore last year (October) obviously, my baby bump was so tiny. This is an unpublished look that I love and it is always better to make an appearance here on the blog later than never. Also, it seems appropriate for the upcoming season as well! The only thing that I am missing right now is that waist :))) No more fit and flare dress for me at this moment.

Also for a long time, I haven't worn anything bold as this look today! A floral coat and dress predominantly in green -pink colors that match so great together. As "loud" as these prints/colors are, the design of both pieces is simple and feminine and that's very important, in order not to look crazy :)

The power of pink color continues... to haunt me, over and over again. I can't stay away and I simply wear it more and more often. A minimalist piece as this Gestuz coat is a long lasting keeper for many cold seasons to come.
Naturally, I combined this colour, once again, with this comfy cashmere sweater dress just to create a clean look. Happily there are also some printed elements because Fall days are all about: colors, texture/prints and coziness.

The color that never gets old (or I better say that I never get tired of wearing) no matter the season is: PINK. Everything about this color is  f e m i n i n e  but a coat is even more special… because is a DIY coat and you may recognize it from last year.

This week I came up with this graphic combination and I hope you like it!

         I'm happy to show you another DIY project that Bogdan and I made this past month. - A NEW COAT!-

I know that my outwear collection is a bit outrageous but I needed a pink piece. I have a blazer but not a coat so my new theory is "if you don't find the one- make the one" so this is what I just did. 
I found this printed fabric a while ago a while ago in NY and, from the minute I saw it, I knew that I'll be using it to make a great coat. This was our first coat project and I must say that it wasn't easy but in the came out just the way I want it.
I showed you a few photos on the making on my Instagram, now the result and soon an outfit post.

Gone but not forgotten. Magnolias in full bloom are overwhelmingly beautiful. I didn’t want to miss the chance to see Azaleas in full bloom this year, and for that we always visit Nemours Estate. This is one of our favorite spot in the garden where we always come back to enjoy more moments with the kids. This time we only brought Caroline while Noah was at school. She was so playful and really enjoyed seeing the bees at work, and from time to time she did her happy dance, she always does. She was wearing another beautiful dress from our collaboration with Charlotte sy Dimby, this time the Willow Sage Smocked Dress. A subtle pink floral embroidery can be seen on her dress and a whole lot more floral prints on my look to match that day's mood. We are both floral lovers, can you tell?

The 2020 favorite outfits recap is here! Year after year I do this kind of post highlighting my most loved looks, and there are plenty outfits that I will wear again. I loved being in the middle of nature season after season with just a few escapes in the city (starting from march). I look forward to see what this year will offer us.

        It's Friday and we try to find all the possible reasons to be excited for the weekend. With everything happening now, is hard but not impossible so I let you this look here to consider for brighter days ahead!

 

Besides Polka dot looks, you haven't seen me wearing too many prints lately, right? So, let's talk about this balloon sleeve top! It is a lovely, lovely one starting with the colors, the design, and of course the floral print.
I paired it with a high waist navy pants and pink, coral bag and shoes. Can you tell, I love experimenting with all kinds of pant designs lately? I personally love what I discovered!
