This colorful polka shirt made a special entrance in my closet and it is also the central point of this casual outfit. I wore this look while Bogdan and I did some everyday shopping + some art supplies and we ended our evening with a lovely dinner .
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend !

Curls and navy  for today! A casual look with a polka dot sheer shirt, skinny jeans and Zara flats.
For many years I was wearing my curls in the wind :) now? not so much, but from time to time I still like to come back to my natural hair ( sometimes adjusted with curly iron ; )

Just two weekends ago we had the best weather we could ask for the end of October! Even though I had planned to wear a light coat that day, it was impossible with a 81F weather. I didn’t mind showcasing this beautiful floral sweater & scarf from Sezane, that perfectly matches Caroline’s pink outfit color wise. Her sweet polka dot dress is part of Charlotte sy Dimby newly launched collection “Wandering Tales”. We loved wandering In Philadelphia that day, in our autumnal pastel color looks.

Another look taken last fall in the fields wearing this beautiful cashmere yellow cloak from Linen Naive The vintage maxi dress has been showcased here before but I wanted to wear it again, this time against the bold yellow color. It feels ideal for a fairy tale scene, and I felt like it.

The 2020 favorite outfits recap is here! Year after year I do this kind of post highlighting my most loved looks, and there are plenty outfits that I will wear again. I loved being in the middle of nature season after season with just a few escapes in the city (starting from march). I look forward to see what this year will offer us.
As always, we can only hope that this new year is better, not just for me but for everyone. I am also grateful for all the good that happened (yes, there are great things that happened too), and grateful for you and your support for another year!
Happy New Year to you and yours!

Ready or not, it's Christmas in 3 days and I happen to be done with all the wrapping presents earlier than in previous years. To be noted, these are the actual presents that we prepared for the family, not some empty boxes, so it was a challenge to sneak behind Noah's back so he wouldn't see us :) This year he is fully aware about this holiday, Santa and especially about presents. Caroline, not so much but she likes presents anyway!
Now, let’s start the food preparation!

This is another round of beautiful flowers blooming in our garden. Every year around this time, orange lilies are dominating the lower level of our backyard. I remember 13 years ago right before going to our court ceremony, I went to the garden and I picked a few lilies and made a small bouquet. These flowers will always remind me of that special day.

Because we still are socially distancing and staying away from the city, naturally I took some photos in the garden with Caroline and a few with Noah as well (a very rare thing these days).

It's Friday and we try to find all the possible reasons to be excited for the weekend. With everything happening now, is hard but not impossible so I let you this look here to consider for brighter days ahead!

Besides Polka dot looks, you haven't seen me wearing too many prints lately, right? So, let's talk about this balloon sleeve top! It is a lovely, lovely one starting with the colors, the design, and of course the floral print.
I paired it with a high waist navy pants and pink, coral bag and shoes. Can you tell, I love experimenting with all kinds of pant designs lately? I personally love what I discovered!

The past week hit harder for all of us and we all try to adjust to the "new normal", so why not just find little distractions here and there like a new look (shoot back in February), a polka dot shirt dress.

Anything with this pattern is feminine and somehow nostalgic...
I thought it would be a fun idea in pairing this dress with another b&w pattern (from shoes).
In this monochrome outfit, is always place for a touch of bold color! The orange bag and scarf definitely brings joy to this entire outfit, don't you think?
