Starting to wear dark florals it's a sign of slowly transitioning to the Fall mood. Even though this Cara Cara dress from tukebazaar.com can be easily worn all year long, I prefer it for autumn days with or without a cardigan. For a city look pair it with kitten heels or flats, for a fall look in the countryside add just boots and / or a wool hat! These are just few options that I am eager to try on!

Last month we visited a very close to home sunflower farm. As you can imagine, I was ready to take some flowers home with me, and Noah helped me with that. He was so excited, he even took the car scissors to cut the sunflowers :)) Caroline wasn’t too much into this place, but after having played with some flowers she became herself again. It's funny how you start to know your kids and what they are like by taking them to visit different places. In the end I'll have these memories to cherish later and to show them all the places, big or small, that we visited.

Back on the trails for recreation, photos and creating memories as well! Sometimes is hard to combine these  activities as the kids are not very into taking photos, not to mention Noah. I think you all know this, especially all the mothers out there who wants to capture every stage in the life of their kids. Easy to say, hard on practice but ultimately it's worth it and always have some great photos to cherish later on. This time we matching in light pink floral mini dresses.

Every time I see a field with flower I see a new photoshoot! These fuchsia thistles and clover flowers were easy to spot as they were located on the trail that leads us to the lake. As you can imagine not too much movement was possible but we managed to capture a few shots. If I could take photos with all the Spring wildflowers, I would! I can happily say this year I've achieved some sessions.

Lately I am enjoying so much all the seasonal flowers in our backyard! These are the first ones that we had down the river and just because of them I decided to take more photos last week when I went to pick some more for my home. They smell wonderful too and as long they are in bloom I will have some all over the house. I consider this outfit appropriate for “gardening activities” so voila!

We started to go on trails lately for a change, and we can’t get enough of them! Kids love it too! So, one day we tried a new one, and the next day we came back to take photos, because these places are so quiet and so spectacular.Look at this sea of pink- purple flowers!!! This happened on Bogdan's birthday when we spent a couple of hours with the kids, surrounded by the sound of birds singing.

Most likely, you will see more of me in these kind of locations and less in the city, especially during these times of socially distancing.

Black and White is not my forte color combination, but from time to time I like experimenting with non bold hues. Today’s look is a mix of a white top (because of it, I’m wearing b&w) with a pair of white pants and black boots. This shirt is my ideal design when I want to wear something romantic in something different than a dress. As you may see this location is not in our backyard but a friend's backyard, so I love to try a different scenery from time to time (boots were necessary as there was water, plenty of it).

And again in ivory and brown colors! This time I have a Winter look involving a classic coat, boots and a sweater dress. My previous look Here, (same colors) was all about a Fall outfit. What do you think? Which one do you like better?

It was a unique sweater-weather day  and I happily left my coat at home. As you can see I took another sweater with me just in case, it was too good to be true but I really didn't need to wear the extra layer.
Speaking of layers, today's post is about a "cold" color combination and also about layering (colors & clothes).
Army green and turquoise is a great color combination to wear in the fall and I added black for contrast and because I love this type of trousers. This season, it's all about layering and I am definitely the person who wears a lot of layers underneath. I still have to practice with the "visible" layers, the ones that creates the look "composition" so these have to be done right in my opinion. Until then I will wear fewer layers on top and stick with the ones underneath.

I have two looks wearing this pair of olive green boots because, well, it works wonderfully with everything and the "long leg effect" is great as well in the Fall-Winter season. With this first look the color combination is on the warm side and also the pink coat adds that feminine touch to any look. I inserted a drop of burgundy with this mini bag and I think it unifies the look wonderfully. Voila!

Happy Monday and have a great new week!
