ONLY BOOTS & BOOTIES-shopping list

November is here and so is my first shopping list of this month! This time I rounded up ONLY BOOTS & BOOTIES, and I picked all my favorites to share them here with you.
My all-time favorites will remain the camel ones (flats and heels) but this year I welcomed something new to my wardrobe: white boots, so listed here are a couple of great pairs in case you want something bold without wearing a strong color. As always, some inspiration from over the internet is welcomed below!
Enjoy!

The colorless January days are asking my artistic soul to bring some burst of warmth in the monotone winter scene … Well, this Sezane velvet jacket is for sure a staple in my wardrobe, and a versatile piece to keep. Styled along brown colors and some pop of reds on a walk in the countryside, this piece is soft to the touch and adds a dash of daring to this casual look.

I may never be tired of wearing this classic monochromic combination of cream & cognac. For me, it works anytime, anywhere, and in any season. It’s a distinct and sophisticated pairing that exudes elegance. Plus the luxurious fabrics of the Italian stretch duster and pants both from Ala Von Auersperg, and the silk scarf, also from Ala Von Auersperg, in contrast with the structured cognac leather bag and boots is another key element that makes me love this look! Subtle tones, soft silk, and wool, this look has it all!

P.S. 50% of the proceeds of the selling Bettie Silk scarf in Rose Rouge from Ala Von Auersperg goes to Breast Cancer Research! What a better way to be in style while making a change!

There’s no wonder that in order to forget about the sunny and bright summer days, Mother Nature always seems to have something even more spectacular than the previous days for us to celebrate the present, and this is Fall in full swing! The harmony of earthy natural tones are remarkable and sometimes not even the best lenses can’t capture fully the beauty that we are witnessing today… Still, here are some shots with my favorite little people enjoying a day at the Valley Forge! Once again I’m matching color wise with Caroline and she’s wearing another beautiful piece from the Charlotte sy Dimby new collection! Voila!

Another look from last fall is making its presence here on the blog today. It was (still is) one of my favorite combo of colors and as always, I added my usual accessories: a detachable floral BC collar (styled in 2 different ways) and a wool hat. The color scheme was the starting point for this look and I love how wonderfully compliments the backdrop fall tones.

This look from last year along with a couple more that I hadn’t had the chance to post here are my firsts per this year. One BC collar - 3 different ways to wear it is how I styled this look and I personally love all the possibilities.

More to come!
